Larger raceway roughness and waviness lead to increased bearing vibration acceleration, velocity, and noise, resulting in a corresponding decrease in bearing service life. Electrochemical machining has a strong ability to remove waviness. Based on its processing principles and characteristics, the passivation film at the troughs and the mechanical action of the honing stone only affect the high points, quickly removing the peaks and reducing roughness and waviness, thereby directly improving bearing vibration and effectively reducing noise.
