Slewing Bearings

Slewing Bearings

Slewing bearings are among our main products, offering a wide range of options to suit various applications. Our selection includes four-point contact ball slewing bearings, available with no gear, external gear, or internal gear; two-row ball slewing bearings, also with no gear, external gear, or internal gear; and crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearings, offered in the same configurations.

Pinion Gear

Generally speaking Gears operate in pairs to transmit and modify rotary motion and torque (turning force) without slip, the teeth of one gear engaging the teeth on a mating gear.

Ring and pinion gears for the front and rear end of your vehicle come in a selection of gear ratios that vary how much torque is applied to the wheels of your vehicle. This ratio affects torque, gas mileage, and RPMs. Our engineer can design the pinion according to your required working condition.

Slew Drive

Slew Drive

Slew Drive is a specialized drive mechanism enabling 360-degree rotational movement with high torque capacity. Slew drives are pivotal in solar trackers, cranes, and machinery requiring precise, slow rotation around a central axis.

Tandem Roller Bearings

Tandem bearings consist of several axially arranged thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. Two, three or four thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies can be used, corresponding to product designations 2,3,4,5,Six row and eight row tandem bearings  are also available. These products consist of two triple row and two four row tandem bearings respectively. The special elastic system of matched rings and washers made from hardened rolling bearing steel ensures that there is an equal load on all rows regardless of the magnitude of the axial load. Bench marking performed  has shown that a comparable competitor product has been designed only for a certain point of operation. Axial loads deviating from this point are not supported equally across all stages.

Main Spindle Bearings

Main Spindle Bearings

Main spindle bearings are crucial in machine tools, ensuring precise rotation at high speeds with minimal friction and vibration. They often use angular contact ball bearings or cylindrical roller bearings, tailored to handle axial and radial loads. Designed for accuracy and durability, these bearings support the main shaft of machine tools like lathes and milling machines.

Crossed Roller Bearings

Cross roller bearings provide high rotational accuracy and rigidity due to their unique design where cylindrical rollers are arranged perpendicularly. This configuration allows them to handle both radial and axial loads from multiple directions simultaneously, making them ideal for applications requiring precise motion control, such as robotics and machine tools.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are precision-engineered components designed to handle high radial loads in industrial applications. They feature cylindrical rollers guided by inner and outer rings, optimizing load distribution and efficiency. Their robust design ensures reliable operation under diverse conditions. Widely used in machinery like pumps, compressors, and gearboxes.

Thin-section Bearings

Thin-section bearings offer a compact and lightweight solution without compromising performance. Their slender profile allows for space-saving designs, making them ideal for applications with limited space, such as medical devices, aerospace equipment, and precision instruments. Despite their reduced size, they maintain high load-carrying capacity and stiffness.

Rotary Table Bearings

Rotary Table Bearings

YRT Rotary Table Bearings offers superior running accuracy, lower operating temperature, and reduced noise thanks to its P4 precision class. It also boasts greater load carrying capacity and improved bearing stiffness control, achieved through closely controlled preload. With the option of adding a thrust washer, it has the potential for increased axial stiffness and effectively manages loads from multiple directions.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are essential components known for their capability to support both radial and axial loads in automotive, industrial, and heavy machinery applications. These bearings feature inner and outer ring raceways with tapered rollers arranged in a single row or double row configuration.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are essential components renowned for their ability to accommodate high radial and axial loads while compensating for misalignment. Featuring a spherical outer ring raceway and two rows of barrel-shaped rollers, these bearings excel in heavy-duty applications such as mining, construction, and industrial machinery.

Thrust Roller Bearings

Thrust roller bearings are crucial components designed to manage high axial loads by utilizing cylindrical or tapered rollers. These bearings are adept at handling heavy-duty applications where substantial thrust forces are present, such as in automotive transmissions, marine propulsion systems, and heavy machinery.

Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust ball bearings are to handle axial loads in a single direction, making them ideal for applications requiring high load capacity and precise axial alignment. These bearings consist of a shaft washer, housing washer, and ball and cage assembly, allowing for efficient thrust transmission with minimal friction. They are commonly used in automotive transmissions, agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment.
